Terms of Service

Engagement

Projects are quoted per scope in QAR. Work begins once a quote is approved. Material scope changes are requoted rather than absorbed silently.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the delivered artwork, source files and, for website projects, the codebase — with no ongoing licence fee, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

Revisions

Feedback and revisions are handled at each project stage as described in the agreed scope.

Liability

NextGen Design Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of delivered work, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
